1Extra care, by design
Baby products are not the place for creative shortcuts. These rules apply to every baby product video we make:
- Only your manual's steps, in your manual's order. No tips, shortcuts or hacks.
- Every warning in your manual appears on screen and in the voice.
- If your manual and packaging disagree, we stop and ask before animating that step.
- You, or your safety team, approve the script before animation and the video before delivery.
- Each video tells parents to read and follow the manufacturer's manual for their model.
- No feeding, sleep or medical advice: only how to use the product as your manual describes.
2What we animate
Each product gets its own guide, so a stroller video never mixes in steps from another model.
- Strollers: unfolding and folding, fitting the seat or carrycot, brakes, the harness and the checks your manual lists before each use.
- Formula makers and bottle machines: assembly, filters, first use, cleaning and descaling.
- Baby monitors: pairing the camera with the parent unit or app, charging, and the placement and cord warnings in your manual.
- Sterilizers and bottle warmers: first use and cleaning.
3Why video helps
A fold mechanism or a harness adjustment is hard to show in a line drawing and easy to show in motion. A short video lets parents see the exact movement at the exact step where they're stuck, and replay it as often as they need.
It also keeps the warnings in front of parents at the moment they matter, not on a page that went back in the box. Captions repeat each warning, so the video works with the sound off.
4How it works
- Send your manual Include product photos or 3D files and the languages you need.
- Approve the script Your team checks every step and every warning against the manual before anything is animated.
- Animation and voice We animate each step slowly and clearly, with a calm, natural voice in each language and the first draft about 5 business days after script approval.
- Files and QR code Videos, captions and a QR code for the box or the product that opens the guide in the parent's language.
5Where parents find it
On your product page, your Amazon listing and your help center, and behind a QR code on the stroller frame or the box. Short vertical clips, such as a fold and unfold, work for social media.
6Languages and QR codes
Each guide can speak 20+ languages, with translated on-screen text and voice, so the warnings read the same in every market. Arabic gets a right-to-left layout. A QR video manual puts the guide one scan away, and you can update it without reprinting.
7Prices
A Quick Start costs $490 with 3 languages, plus $49 per extra language. A Full Guide with chapters for setup, daily use and cleaning costs $1,490; see all prices.
As a founding client, you get 40% off your first project in exchange for honest feedback and permission to show the work in our portfolio.
Questions
Will you add tips from parents or reviews?
No. We use only your manual's steps and warnings. Anything that isn't in the manual stays out of the video.
How long should a stroller video be?
A fold and unfold can fit in well under a minute. Assembly, the harness, the carrycot and cleaning fit better in a Full Guide with chapters, so parents jump to what they need.
Can the video show our exact model?
Yes. We draw it from your photos, manual pages or 3D files, so levers, buttons and fold points match.
Can you cover several models or versions?
Yes, as separate quick starts or as chapters, so each video matches one model's steps.
Who approves the video?
You do. You approve the script before animation and review the draft, with two rounds of changes included.
Which languages can you do?
Over 20 languages, each with its own voice and on-screen text, so warnings are spoken and shown in the parent's language. Three are included in every package.
