1First use is where the questions start
Many appliances have steps before the first real use, such as an empty run, rinsing and priming, or a water test. Then come presets, lids, filters and cleaning. When buyers miss a step, the questions land with your support team, in your reviews or as a return.
Every one of those questions costs something: an assisted support contact costs about $13.50 on average, against $1.84 when customers find the answer themselves (Ringly). Returns cost more still, and an estimated 19.3% of online sales were expected to be returned in 2025, across all categories (NRF and Happy Returns).
2What we animate
- Unboxing: packaging, stickers and parts to remove before first use, as your manual lists them.
- First use: the steps your manual gives, such as an empty run, rinsing and priming, or a water test.
- Daily use: presets, programs, lids and locks, with the right button highlighted.
- Cleaning and care: what can go in the dishwasher and what can't, following your manual.
- Descaling and filters: when and how, with the products your manual names.
- Safety notes on hot surfaces, steam, blades and pressure, as your manual states them.
3From your manual, not from guesswork
Every step comes from your official manual, and you approve the script before we animate. Safety notes stay in, and each video tells viewers to follow the manufacturer's manual for their model.
We don't add cooking tips or shortcuts your manual doesn't contain. If the manual changes, we update the scenes that changed.
4How it works
- Send the manual and photos Your manual, photos of the control panel and accessories, or 3D files, plus the markets you sell in.
- Approve the script We write each step, the on-screen text and the voice lines from your manual. You check them, including every safety note.
- Animation and voice We draw your appliance in a kitchen scene and animate each step. The first draft arrives about 5 business days after you approve the script.
- Files for every channel Wide and vertical versions, captions and subtitle files, plus a print-ready QR code for the box.
5One guide, every place customers look
Use the guide on your product page and your Amazon listing, in your help center, as vertical clips for social media and behind a QR code on the box.
Open the live air fryer demo to see a QR video manual in six languages on one page.
6Languages for every market
Each guide includes 3 languages, and each extra language is $49 for a Quick Start. On-screen text and voice are translated, so a buyer in Madrid, Munich or Istanbul hears the steps in their own language. Arabic gets a right-to-left layout, and part names follow your localized manuals.
7Prices and timing
A Quick Start covers unboxing and first use in 60–90 seconds for $490. A Full Guide with chapters for setup, daily use, cleaning and fixes costs $1,490. The first draft arrives about 5 business days after you approve the script; see all prices.
Questions
Can you show our exact model?
Yes. We draw your appliance from photos, manual pages or 3D files, so the buttons, presets and parts match.
How long should an appliance how-to video be?
A 60–90 second quick start covers unboxing and first use. Daily use, cleaning and descaling fit better in a 4–10 minute Full Guide with chapters, so customers can skip to what they need.
Do you cover cleaning and descaling?
Yes, with the steps and products your manual specifies. In a Full Guide they get their own chapter, so customers can jump straight to it.
Can one video cover several models?
If the steps are the same, yes, with on-screen notes where models differ. If they differ a lot, separate quick starts are clearer.
Can we use it on Amazon?
Yes. We deliver formats for listing videos and A+ content, without prices, promotions or review requests.
Does the video replace the printed instructions?
No. It works alongside them, and a QR code on the leaflet or the box can open the video in the buyer's language.
