1Assembly mistakes are safety issues
A loose stem bolt, a front wheel that isn't secured or a pedal forced into the wrong side is more than a support ticket; it can affect riding safety.
Brands already warn about this. One e-bike maker's assembly video page asks customers to check that all screws, especially around the front wheel, are tight after assembly. A video that shows each step at the right speed, with the right tool, helps buyers get it right the first time.
It also keeps routine questions away from your support team: an assisted contact costs about $13.50 on average, against $1.84 when customers help themselves (Ringly).
2What we animate
- Unboxing and parts check, with the tools that come in the box.
- Handlebar and stem, front wheel, pedals (left and right), seat post, fenders and lights.
- Torque values and tightening order exactly as your manual lists them.
- Battery: fitting, locking and the first charge your manual describes.
- Display and controls: power on, assist levels, lights and walk mode.
- Racks, baskets and phone mounts, if your manual covers them.
- Checks before riding: brakes, tires, quick releases and bolts.
3How it works
- Send your manual and photos Your assembly manual, photos of the parts in the box and the cockpit, or 3D files.
- Approve the script We list every step, tool and torque value from your manual. Your team checks each one before animation.
- Animation and voice We animate each step at a pace riders can follow, with close-ups of bolts and connectors. The first draft follows about 5 business days after script approval.
- Files and QR code Videos per language, captions, subtitle files and a QR code for the box or the frame.
4Safety comes from your manual
We only show the steps, values and warnings in your manual, and you approve every step before animation. If your manual recommends a check by a bike shop, the video says so too.
Each video reminds riders to follow the manufacturer's manual for their model.
5Scooters, too
Electric scooters need fewer steps but the same care: unfolding, the stem lock, the first charge and tire pressure, as your manual describes. A 60–90 second Quick Start can cover them. Models with a seat or a basket get their extra steps from your manual.
6Formats and languages
You get wide versions for your website and listings, vertical clips for social media, and a QR video manual for the frame or the box that opens in the rider's language. Each guide can speak 20+ languages, with 3 included, and part names follow your localized manuals.

7Prices
The Quick Start is $490 and includes 3 languages; each extra language adds $49. A Full Guide with chapters for assembly, the first ride, care and fixes costs $1,490 with 3 languages; see all prices.
Questions
How long should an e-bike assembly video be?
Long enough to show every step clearly. A 60–90 second quick start suits bikes with few assembly steps; a Full Guide with chapters suits bikes that need more, plus the first ride and care.
Can you show torque values?
Yes, the values in your manual, on screen and in the voice. We never add values that aren't in your manual.
Do you need a bike to work from?
No. Photos from all sides, close-ups of the cockpit and the parts in the box, or 3D files, are enough.
Do you cover the battery and charger?
Yes, including the first charge and the battery warnings your manual gives.
Can the video replace the printed assembly manual?
No. It works next to your printed manual and points riders back to it. A QR code on the box or the manual opens the video.
Is this an assembly service?
No. We don't assemble bikes. We make the video that helps your customers assemble theirs, exactly as your manual describes.
