1The install decides the first impression
If the base station or the boundary isn't set up the way the manual says, the mower may not work as expected, and the owner calls support or the dealer. Some buyers pay a dealer to install their mower; others do it themselves from the manual. A clear video helps both.
Established brands already publish installation videos for these steps. Gardena, for example, has step-by-step videos for choosing the charging station location and setting up the boundary.
2What we animate
- Choosing the base station spot and connecting power, as your manual specifies.
- Laying and pegging the boundary wire, or mapping the area for wire-free models.
- App pairing, zones, schedules and no-go areas, including a second lawn if your model supports it.
- Safety: blades, children and pets, slopes and the stop button, as your manual states them.
- Rain settings, firmware updates and anti-theft features, if your model has them.
- Cleaning, blade changes, season start and winter storage.
- Pool robots: first use, cable and caddy, filter cleaning and storage.
3How it works
- Send your manual and app screenshots Add product photos or 3D files and the languages you need.
- Approve the script We turn the installation chapter into clear steps. Your team checks every step and safety warning.
- Animation and voice We draw the mower, the base station and a sample lawn, then add the voice. The first draft arrives about 5 business days after script approval.
- Files and QR code Videos per language, captions, subtitle files and a QR code for the mower, the base station or the box.
4Chapters that follow the season
A Full Guide splits installation, daily use, care and winter storage into chapters, so owners can jump to the part they need in spring or fall instead of rewatching the whole install. Short clips cut from those chapters also work as season reminders on social media.
With a QR video manual, a code on the mower or the base station opens the guide in the phone's language.
5Built from your manual, safety first
Every step comes from your official manual, and you approve the script before animation. Blade and safety warnings stay on screen and in the voice, and each video tells viewers to follow the manufacturer's manual for their model. If your manual says a dealer or installer should do a step, the video says so too.
6Selling in several countries
If you sell through distributors in several countries, one master guide localized into each market's language keeps the install steps identical everywhere. Each guide can speak 20+ languages, with 3 included. See video instructions for manufacturers.
7Prices
A Quick Start for the core install costs $490 with 3 languages. A Full Guide with chapters for installation, the app, care and winter storage costs $1,490 with 3 languages, plus $99 per extra language; see all prices.
Questions
Can you cover wired and wire-free mowers?
Yes. We follow the method in your manual, whether that's a boundary wire, satellite positioning or another mapping method.
How long should a robot mower installation video be?
A core install with few steps can fit a 60–90 second quick start. A boundary wire install, app setup and season care fit better in a 4–10 minute Full Guide with chapters.
Do you show the garden or just the mower?
Both. We draw a simple garden scene so viewers see where the base station, the wire and the no-go zones go, with your mower drawn from your photos or 3D files.
Can the video show our app?
Yes. Send screenshots or a screen recording of the app flow, and we'll redraw it in the guide with each tap highlighted.
Do you make season start and winter storage videos?
Yes, as chapters of a Full Guide, or as short vertical clips cut from it for social media and your support pages.
Do you make videos for robotic pool cleaners?
Yes. The same approach works for pool robots: first use, filter cleaning and storage, following your manual.
