Three numbered steps get a robot vacuum onto the home Wi-Fi the first time: a 2.4 GHz network, the Wi-Fi button held for 5 seconds, then Add device in the app. A 24-second sample guide we made to show how we work.

Your robot vacuum won't join the Wi-Fi? First, a 2.4 gigahertz network, not 5. Open the lid, hold the Wi-Fi button 5 seconds, until the light flashes fast. In the app, tap Add device. Light stays on: connected. And off it goes to work.
